Effective date:
1. The game
Bloomivo works offline and does not collect personal information through an in-game form. It has no advertising, tracking or analytics SDK and does not upload game progress to a Bloomivo server. Online profiles, leaderboards and cloud synchronization are not included.
2. Local information
The app stores completed level progression, stars, garden renovation stage, language and sound preferences locally. It does not restore an unfinished board or shot after termination. There is no developer-operated server copy of this information.
Deleting the app and its local data may erase progress. Offloading an app or restoring a device backup may retain information under your device's settings. We cannot recover erased local progress.
3. Optional support
If you email kaankapp@icloud.com, the developer receives your email address, message and attachments you choose to send. These are used to understand and answer your support request. The app does not send reports automatically. Do not send passwords, payment information or unrelated personal details. Privacy questions or requests about information sent by email can be directed to the same address. Email delivery is handled by the email services involved.
4. Apple services
App Store downloads, TestFlight and Apple-provided diagnostics are handled under Apple's services, policies and your device settings. These are separate from an analytics SDK inside Bloomivo. See Apple's privacy policy.
5. This website
This support website adds no analytics, advertising trackers, contact forms or its own cookies. Its language switch uses the page language choice or browser language and does not persist it in local storage or a cookie.
This website is hosted on a Hetzner server. Your IP address and request details are processed to deliver the pages and protect the service. Visitor access logs are not enabled for this website. Hetzner privacy policy. External links open services with their own policies.
6. Changes and questions
This page will be updated if the app's practices change. The effective date identifies this version. For questions about Bloomivo or information you sent to its developer, email kaankapp@icloud.com.
